Rod Spearman is a respected elderly at his church known for his passion for building a strong community for Men.
Spearman Consulting Services (SCS) is an organization founded by Rod Spearman in 2010. Mr. Spearman noticed that there were no effective and ongoing men’s ministry services in Union County, New Jersey. He saw that some important aspects such as providing training, program development, resources, and networking with other men’s ministries were missing.
SCS was founded with the vision of helping the Men’s Ministry in churches and various other small nonprofits. The organization then expanded its vision and started to offer services such as providing staff development, strategic planning, and capacity building for small start-up nonprofits.
Today, SCS is an organization under the leadership of Rod Spearman, who has over 35 years of management experience, wisdom, and insight. With a diverse background and knowledge, Mr. Spearman is very focused on community development & socio-economic sustainability along with personal development & productivity in the social services area.
